Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN BY SHIPPING ITEMS BACK
Step 1: Purchase a label to our main store location at The Next Level Store, Brampton. (Shipping labels are to be purchased by the customer and are not paid by the store)
Step 2: Send us an email (tnloutletstore@gmail.com) with the label attached and tracking info provided.
Processing Refunds:
We have a 7-day Return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns on Clothing and shoes only. There will be 10% restocking fees applied and Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the products at our store and a store credit will be provided. It can take up to 2-3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Disclaimer:
The Next Level Store reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges. Any additional costs associated with shipping of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
ACCESSORIES (such as HATS, SUNGLASSES, SHOES, UNDERGARMENTS) ARE FINAL SALE it cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, perfumes & colognes, body sprays). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
