First Instinct Extreme Cologne by Abercrombie & Fitch, Launched in 2018, First Instinct Extreme was designed by master perfumer Phillipe Romano. This aromatic spicy cologne for men is perfect for a night out, special events, or any time you need to leave an impression. Top notes for the cologne open with a rich, mature gin and tonic accords blended with fruity kiwano to entice the senses. Refreshing citrus notes and soft violet leaf notes are accented by spicy Sichuan pepper notes at the heart of the cologne. The base notes consist of a rich and seductive combination of suede leather, amber, and musk to leave them wanting more.

American fashion label Abercrombie & Fitch was first established in 1892, though the company changed its focus a few time before becoming the youth-targeted clothing and lifestyle brand it is today. The company was co-founded by the titular David Abercrombie and Ezra Fitch, and first started producing fragrances in 1997.

  1. Chest - put your arms to the side, measure around your upper body right under your armpits over the fullest part of your chest.
  2. Waist - measure around the height where you normally wear your pants.

  3. Take a ruler and measure the distance from the top of your big toe to the bottom of your outline.
  4. Subtract ⅕ inch from the overall measurement.

Here's how you can find your measurements for your bust, waist, and hips. Be sure to take your measurements in inches.

  1. Bust - put your arms to the side, and measure around the fullest part of your bust, under your arms keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
  2. Waist - bend to one side to find the natural crease to your waist. Measure at this point keeping the tape comfortable around your waist.
  3. Hips - stand with your heels together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips (about 8 inches from your waist).
